The government of the province of San Juan launched a pubic bidding for the construction of a five-star hotel casino for the Gran San Juan, plus two two-star hotels in Iglesia and Valle Fertil. Both hotels will have slot machines and roulettes.

Proposals can be submitted in the Caja de Accion Social until September 25th. The value of the invitation to bid form is 25.000 pesos (U$S 8.000), and it can be bought in the Caja.

The opening of envelope number 1, along with the technical antecedents, will take place on September 25th at 12 o’clock and the second envelope, with the financial offer, will be opened on October 9th at 10 o’clock. The three-hotel combo is indivisible, which means that there will be only one winner. As it happened before with the company that is building the first hotel-casino, Ivisa, the second hotel will be a private enterprise and will be granted a gambling license for 20 years.
